Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is barrier factor in economic development. One of the successful indicators in the development is decreased poverty rate. This study aims to analyze the poverty level of South Kalimantan Province in 2010-2019. The data used are poverty rate, unemployment rate, Human Development Index, GRDP per capita at constant prices, total population, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund, 2010-2019. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that the human development index and GRDP per capita have a negative effect, that means an increasing human development index and GRDP per capita will reduce the poverty rate. Meanwhile, the unemployment rate and special allocation fund have a positive effect, that means an increasing unemployment rate and special allocation fund will be followed by an increasing poverty rate.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has directly changed people's habits to switch to online systems, including financial transactions. The most common are the use of internet banking and payments using digital wallets. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the use of internet banking and digital wallets in financial transactions based on Theory Of Planned Behavior (TPB). The method used is primary data (quantitative) by questionnaire as many as 62 people who use internet banking. This research was taken for 1 month, namely February 2021 (during COVID-19). The dependent variable used is Financial Transaction, while the other independent variables use 3 variables, namely Attitude, Norm and Behavior Control. The results of this study provide information that only attitude and norm have an effect on the financial effect. This provides evidence that the use of financial transactions via the internet is often done during the COVID-19 pandemic. This provides a new paradigm that financial transactions have begun to switch to using non-cash payments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence economic growth in Indonesia in 2000-2019. These factors are tax redistribution, inflation, exchange rate, and unemployment rate. The method used in this research is the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax redistribution has a significant effect on economic growth, inflation has no significant, exchange rates and unemployment rate have a significant effect on economic growth

Abstract

Jumlah UKM yang menuju pasar internasional di Kabupaten Jember kurang lebih hanya 1% sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian terhadap problematika tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan model distribusi industri kreatif bidang kuliner menuju pasar internasional. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif-eksploratif. analisis data menggunakan AHP dan analisis Diagram Tulang Ikan (Fishbone Diagram). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam rangka menuju pasar internasional pada UKM kuliner yang diwakili oleh UKM Bakso Klenger. UKM Bakso Klenger telah teridentifikasi berdasarkan AHP dan FGD dengan para ahli. selanjutnya ditemukan beberapa penyebab permasalahan menuju pasar internasional menggunakan diagram tulang ikan. Permasalahan utama untuk menuju pasar internasional pada UKM Bakso Klenger adalah pada teknologinya, baik itu dari segi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Material, dan Metodenya. Model distribusi yang sesuai dengan UKM bidang kuliner yaitu fokus akan maksimalisasi penggunaan teknologi pada berbagai aspek perusahaan meliputi manajemen SDM, material, dan metodenya.

Abstract

Financial management is one of the main problems in SMEs because if financial management does not go well, it will hamper performance and gain access to financing. Financial literacy becomes very important in financing decisions and their subsequent performance. Financial literacy enables entrepreneurs to manage risk through strategies, such as maintaining financial reserves, diversifying their investment portfolios and purchasing insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial literacy of SME actors and to compare financial literacy between male and female SME actors. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to SME actors, with a sample of 384 SME actors in the culinary field. The results showed that the financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior of SME actors were good, meaning that they were able to carry out financial management well. Meanwhile, there are differences in financial knowledge and financial behavior between male and female SME actors, but the financial attitudes between male and female SME actors do not show any difference.

Abstract

Many studies have discussed the determinants of earning management. However, most of these studies discuss external factors of management such as audit quality and quality of disclosure and as a determinant of earning management. Study that tries to examine the intrinsic factors such as managerial overconfidence effect on earning management has not been widely conducted, especially in companies listed on IDX, Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of managerial overconfidence on earning management in companies listed on IDX. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine the moderating effect of corporate governance mechanisms on the relationship between managerial overconfidence. By using data analysis with the SEMPLS technique, the present study has succeeded to prove that managerial overconfidence affect earning management. Furthermore, this study also successfully provide evidence that corporate governance mechanisms such as independent audit committees and audit committee activities moderate the relationship between managerial overconfidence and earning management.

Abstract

The rapid growth of UMKM along with the progress of e-commerece makes business competition more intense. UMKM Kampoeng Snack as one of the businesses engaged in the distributor of UMKM products in the village community, as a new player in the world of e-commerce often experience the risk of declining sales. To analyze the existence of such cases, this study was conducted using field research methods with descriptive qualitative approaches. The interview was conducted to Kampoeng Snack managers and the community of UMKM who are members of the Kampoeng Snack UMKM. The risk of declining sales faced by Kampoeng Snack occurs due to several factors based on the lack of interaction between Kampoeng Snack administrators and the community. So that this triggers a delay in human resources of e-commerce which then causes a decrease in sales often occurs. Therefore, the application of risk mitigation becomes an alternative solution to minimize the risks that occur. through the right decisions and steps in accordance with the procedures that have been set.

Abstract

Perkebunan kelapa sawit memiliki prospek cukup baik terhadap kebutuhan energi terbarukan. Peran strategi inovasi yang diterapkan berbasis teknologi informasi, foto udara, dan aplikasi software ERP meningkatkan produksi tetapi tidak untuk nilai saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis peran startegi inovasi terhadap kinerja keuangan yang berdampak kepada penurunan nilai saham pada perusahaan perkebunan. Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan dari laporan keuangan tahun 2013-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Dari populasi 18 perusahaan, 13 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ROA, TATO, DER, BETA, GROWTH berpengaruh terhadap nilai saham. Secara parsial, ROA dan DER berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan BETA berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai saham. GROWTH dan TATO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai saham. Kata Kunci: Nilai Saham, Perusahaan Perkebunan, Kinerja Keuangan, Teknologi Informasi, ERP

Abstract

One of the roles of MSMEs in supporting the Indonesian economy is reducing poverty through providing employment. Based on market research by USAID and IFC explaining that women's participation in the business sector is increasing. This research aims to explore determination in the form of contextual variabel to influencing the success of women's MSMEs during the COVID 19 pandemic, and their impact on the socioeconomic. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was taken from 400 respondents in 8 sub-districts in Surabaya, then processed using the SPSS program. Data collection instruments used questionnaire. Regression test results obtained an observation F value of 379,195 while the F table on F (8/405: 0.05) is 2.04. Means the number F is greater than F table, where simultaneously the independent variables consist of: Access to capital, Government Support, Innovation, Excellence and Competitive Position, Consumer Orientation, Business Plan, Marketing Communication, and Women's power have a significant influence on the success of women's MSMEs. While the results of the t test show that partially Innovation with an observation value of t is 2.546, Business Plan with an observation value of t is 4.727, and finally the Advantages of Women with an observation value of t is 8.768 affect the success of women-owned MSMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic. Economic condition of the women-owned MSMEs during the pandemic Covid 19 tends to be stable while the social conditions are declining

Abstract

ABSTRAK Unilak, saat ini unilak belum menjadi pilihan utama bagi calon mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan Perguruan Tinggi lain yang ada di Riau. Untuk itu unilak dapat mengatasi persaingan ketat dengan menugaskan tim promosi unilak untuk membuat berbagai macam strategi promosi, seperti brosur, media social, periklanan, publisitas, dan word of mouth. Akan tetapi strategi promosi tersebut belum berhasil dengan baik dan belum sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi strategi promosi dan efektifitas kegiatan promosi di unilak selama ini serta apa-apa saja yang menjadi kendalanya. . Bagi pengambil keputusan dalam hal ini adalah Pimpinan Universitas Lancang Kuning, hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki strategi promosi dan menemukan kendala-kendala pelaksanaannya sehingga dapat menemukan model promosi yang lebih baik untuk dapat diterapkan dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Lancang Kuning, yang mana pemilihan informan penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan informan yang peneliti anggap relevan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu Tim Promosi ( tenaga struktural dan fungsional yang terlibat) di Universitas Lancang Kuning dan calon mahasiswa baru tahun 2021 yang mendaftar dan melakukan registrasi ulang pada unilak. Metode sampling untuk mahasiswa adalah rancangan sampel probalitas (probality sampling design) dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Hasil evaluasi terkait strategi promosi melalui Iklan ( Baliho, spanduk, leaflet, poster, brosur, dll), Personal Selling ( Kunjungan sosialisasi ke SMA/SMK), Publisitas ( Jejaring Sosial, Facebook, IG, website, dll) dan Word Of Mouth ( Informasi dari Pegawai, dosen dan mahasiswa) menunjukan Persentase Skor Kepuasan rata-rata 85% yang artinya >84-100 adalah Responden Sangat Puas. Hasil evaluasi efektifitasnya kegiatan promosi unilak yang dilihat dari Aspek Empathy, Persuation , Impact Dan Communication yang dalam hal ini menunjukan Persentase Skor Tingkat Penilaian rata-rata 91% yang artinya >84-100 adalah Sangat Efektif. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Promosi, Efektifitas, Kendala, Unilak
